For meals, guests can gather at the main dining area or choose one of two separate breakfast areas. Entertainment options are aplenty with a smart TV featuring Netflix and an LG sound system. This house has got you covered with WiFi and Wi-Fi extenders all around the house so that you can stay connected. Every bedroom, lounge, and gym area is fully air-conditioned, and the property comes with personalized towels and traditional morning gowns. There is also plenty of storage space with an under-stair storage area, separate storage room, and fully fitted wet and dry kitchen areas, including two ovens and a dishwasher. Further, our fully equipped gym and the private library can be accessed on request from the house manager. The house comes with board games, housebooks, and bathroom & toilet products for extra comfort.

Outside the villa, you will find a beautiful private garden with an outdoor pergola seating six people, external maid room, toilet, and shower, and luxurious external furnishings, all made and designed by local Rwandan interior designers. Guests also have access to a stunning swimming pool and kids play area on the estate. Safety in this house for rent is a priority, with 24-hour security services, external CCTV cameras, and a first aid box and fire extinguishers readily available throughout the house. The property is eco-friendly, with solar energy as alternative energy and a solar water heating system installed on the property. Our utility room features a washing machine and ironing area. For additional comfort, the property comes with a personal house chef, house manager, and a welcome hamper of locally-sourced produce and fruits, along with two bottles of non-alcoholic wine. The staff speaks five languages- Kinyarwanda, English, French, Swahili and Lingala. And for arrivals and departures, the management can make flexible arrangements, provided they have sufficient notice and the property will be vacant at the time of arrival. Children and babies are welcome, but pets are not allowed.

2. Short term nothing less than 7 days in a row $300 per day

3. Other Long term options can be reviewed and discussed on a one to one basis

NOTE: For short term rentals, Guest have access to the 3 self contained rooms and the rest of the house except the master bedroom, which is only open to long term renters.
